Wearing it down looks nice. You can also put half of your hair up and half of your hair down. I have not crimped my hair in 10 years. I used to style my hair first and then crimp it. Best of luck to you!

Parted to one side which ever side is your best side. Crimp all around and wear down.

Wash your hair then put it in braids (could just be two braids, you don't have to do your whole head) or you can buy a crimper. A more messy, but effective way, is using gel and scrunching with your hands.

When I crimp my hair, I would just leave it down or add a stylish head band with long earrings.

There are plenty of sprays but the best one is "Got 2 Be Curly". Use on wet hair and spray. The best hairstyle I would say is half ponytail or messy bun.

Crimping is a great hairstyle for anything from school, special occasions, to Halloween. Buy a crimper, heat it, and use it just like a straightener but do one section at a time, dont move the crimper up and down on piece of hair. The best way to pull off a crimped hair look is just to wear it down. It will look super cute, I promise. (also, there are different crimping looks, thicks crimps and thin.)
