Well if you have blonde hair you could just curl it but make sure that your hair is the same size as Taylor's. If you don't have blonde hair you could buy a wig like her hair or you could dye it blonde ( probably not a good choice ). But anyways that's all I have for today! And I love Taylor Swift's hair too!!!
