there's this guy at work he's okey looking but verry nice and sweet!...the problem is he looks kinda dorky in his uniform...but when he's not in the uniform and dressed like a normal good looking guy. he just needs to lose the glasses and change the hair cut and the geeky talk he'd be cute but is it possible to chang a guy like that?

Awww why would you want to change him? Seems to me the dorky guys are the ones that seem to go further in life as they get older. Love him for who he is, buy him nice clothes for Christmas but don't expect a total change.

Well, if he has to wear a uniform you can't change that. I do admire you for seeing his potential. If you like him, take up with him and make suggestions. My bf had a strange wild afro and dressed like a slob when I met him. I know how to cut hair and I fixed his hair and improved his taste in clothing. His mother was very approving.
