I have waist length, straight, super thick hair and wispy bangs. Any suggestions on cute ways and how to fix it? All I ever do is all down or a ponytail.
Long hair? Their are so many hair styles that you can do with long hair. Also it depends on your face because a lot of hair styles would not look good on you. The fast and easy one would be to straighten your hair or you can curl it. Loose curls looks better and more attractive. If you are going to straighting your hair you should flip the ends and if your bangs are long enough you can move then to the side of your face (like Aaliyah). Here is a web site that you can go to. Long hair? you should get it cute so its about 3 inches below your shoulders. there are so many more possibilites when you have medium length hair
Long hair? After showering at night, make a lot of braids and sleep on it. In the morning, undo the braids and see how it turns out.

Long hair? that is all you can do with hair that long....if you want a style you need to cut at least 6 to 8 inches off and get some layers
Long hair? wear a french braid with one bang out..very hot :)..have a braid down the center or wear them as two braids coming down..traditional braids are nice also..or make a side part, tie your hair in a ponytail, and wrap your hair around to create a large elegant bun..very classy look..i like to wear hoop earrings when i wear a bun..and my hair is just about as long as yours (long and wavy, to my butt), so i know how you feel!! good luck :)
Long hair? CUT IT. for years i wore a ponytail. my hair was SO long. it was pretty but it sure was boring. ponytail, ponytail, day after day. BORING. now i wear my hair shoulder length with long layers. i get compliments all the time. i mean ALL THE TIME. it's so flippy and full and sassy. trust me. cut it. you don't have to go as short as i did. just take of 5 or 6 inches and have long layers. you will only miss what you've cut for a VERY short time.
Long hair? get it layered to where the shortest layer is at about your chuin, and the longest layer is at about 3 or 4 inches below your sholder

Long hair? I would braid the hair. Or like sleep with with my hair in braids and wake up with some waves... You put it into a huge bun. Braided pig tails... that is it.... that'd be sweet.

Long hair? Take half of your har from your ear to yor crown, then part that section down the middle. Tie those sections in a knot. Tie in a knot again and again untill you don't have much hair left to knot. Then pull those knotted pieces up to th top of your head and force in some bobby pins here and there to hold in place. The result should look like half down half up with braid like pattern and spritzy left out sections. Fan those peices out and hair spray them. If you can picture it, way cute.
Long hair? I realize you didn't ask for advice on how to cut your hair, I'm going to offer what my best suggestion would be if you are truly interested in having a VERSATILE, but lengthy hairdo.
I would cut length to somewhere around the bottom band of your bra, so that gives you 'middle of back' length and quite a bit to do many things with. Next, start face framing layers at chin or so length, and then continue them to the length of your hair.
If it would flatter your face (most people fall into this category) you should consider wearing some light bangs that vary with enough length to be side swept or on your forehead, probably longer than what you currently have as fringed. Most people are flattered by bang length no shorter than just above the tops of the eyebrows. If you keep them on the longer side, you'll keep more options. They should blend into your layers.
With this length and style, you've got numerous options, such as updos, both formal and informal, as well as wearing it partly up or partly back, and you can use steam/hot rollers, or a curling iron, and play with many formal, professional, and casual looks. Unfortunately, you're at a length where I don't think most of those options are available due to the magnitude of your hair.
However, if you're not ready to cut your hair, perhaps light, longer bangs and some light layering close to your jaw (as in, long enough to go in a ponytail) would reduce severity and add softness. I would try some updos that are twisted and pinned as more formal choices than the current ponytail.
