right now, pleated skirts are "in", and definately mini skirts. the most popular are denim mini skirts. strapless tanks, or halters are in. as for makeup, dont go crazy. summer looks are usually bright and natural looking. get tinted moisturiazer from neutrogena, not foundation. it keeps ur skin hydrated and has SPF protection. big sunglasses and rimless ones are in right now. but for mascara, get brown black. hair, it would look nice if u curled it and put in a bold, fabric headband. flips flops...IN!!!! and if u dare, high heels such as wedges. id say holllister is a good place to shop if u want that "beach-y" look. earring, silver makes u look "cool". got with pinks for nail polish

Tank tops, shorts, and flipflops are always popular in the summer and so are cute sundresses.. I think a cute little bob for you hair would be cute and keep you cool on those hot days. Try finding a cute pair of shorts and pair it with a tank or a cute tee. Old Navy has some really cute summer clothes out now. I would alos check at Maurice's, Mariposa, or Penney's.
