Damaged Hair For Using Iron?!?

you just have to get your hair cut and have it taken care of.. also stop using a straightener for a while.. you can just use a mousse to curl it.. it will come out really cute without all the damaging.. or jsut put it up in a pony or a bun!

you probably should get a trim, to help split ends. and i use a straightner almost every day. But i use special creams and spray that protects my hair from heat, so it stays healthy. Try going to a hair salon and finding products like that to help.

You'll have to cut it.

Otherwise, wash the tips of your hair with lots of conditioner! Get one that is made for fixing split ends- that should do the trick. However, you wont see the same results that you would if you just cut the ends of your hair.

Get a trim and start new!

First of all, take a break from the straightening..then get a good mosturizing conditioner..then when you wash your hair leave it in for like 20 minutes and do that quite a few times.Hope that helps! Good luck!

Sorry hunny but the only way of removing the damaged hair is CUTTING it. You have to be aware that you can't fix something that is already "dead" you should try to not straighten or blowdry your hair.

The best and last thing you would want to do is cut your hair!

Also invest on salon high quality conditioners and stay away from any hair dyes or any chemicals for your hair.

If you do want to start straightening your hair again then investing on a good straightener is really worth it. The best one right now is the Sedu! It's better then GHD, Paul and CHI! because it does not pull at your hair or fry it because its full ceramic! unlike the others that are only coated!

Buy products that act like a barrier on your hair when you using a straightener and don't straighten everyday.

You do probably need at least a trim. And maybe a gloss clear or color It would give you some shine and fill some of the holes, and as far as your style it depends on your hair. I always recommend to people that they go with their hair and manipulate it a little instead of fighting to get it to do something that it is not meant to do. And lay off the flat iron cuz I have seen more damage done by those than any bad perm! Good Luck!

You have to cut your ends. Since it's so damaged, they're dead, so you have to get a trim, usually a 1/2 inch long depending on how much damage your ends have. It's recommended to get a trim every 4 weeks.
